Here’s what it means.
Got a check, a letter, or a flyer from Solution Haus Group? That means your property is on the public pre-foreclosure list and we’d like to make you an offer. The amount printed on the check comes from public records at a set formula — it’s a starting point, not the final offer, and it must be validated by calling us before the void date printed on the front. Your actual offer depends on your loan balance and the condition of the home.
How foreclosure works in Texas.
Texas is one of the fastest foreclosure states in the country. Here’s the typical path for a home loan.
The key point: from the notice of sale, you may have only three weeks. Every day matters, and you can still sell or reinstate right up until the sale.
This is general information, not legal advice. Your loan documents control your specific timeline.
Three paths — and we’ll be straight with you about all three.
Option A — Sell before the sale date
- Written offer in 1–3 business days after we get your loan documents
- We pay all closing costs and buy the house as-is
- Our attorneys handle the file and coordinate with your lender
- Close before your auction date; you leave with cash instead of a foreclosure
- If you need time to move, we can work out a move-out schedule
Option B — Explore ways to stay
- Reinstatement (catching up the missed payments)
- Refinancing or loan restructuring through our lending team, if your loan and equity qualify
- We’ll be honest if the numbers don’t work — we don’t sell false hope
Option C — Do nothing
We’ll say this plainly: if you do nothing, the house will sell at auction and any equity you have goes with it. Even if you’re not sure you want to work with us, talk to someone — us, an attorney, or a HUD-approved housing counselor — before your sale date.
It makes everything faster.
- Your most recent mortgage statement
- The reinstatement letter from your lender (how much to catch up)
- The payoff amount (call your lender’s number on the statement and ask for it)
- Your notice of sale, if you’ve received one
Don’t have them yet? That’s fine — fill out the form anyway and we’ll help you get them.
